How do I return an item?

Sale Items: There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on any items that are purchased on sale.

Online Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department at 210-822-7653 within 15 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number. Sole Boutique will issue a refund or an exchange ONLY if item(s) have not been worn, damaged in any way, and are in their original packaging with tags. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be returned by a service that tracks packages such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If items are returned without a Return Authorization items we reserve the right to refuse your return or charge a 25% re-stock fee. In-store Policy: We offer a 10-Day exchange policy only if item(s) have not been worn, damaged and are in their original packaging. Exchanges will be for in-store credit or exchange for another item. NO REFUNDS!

Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 10 days after we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total only. We’re sorry but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. An exception will be made on refunding shipping charges ONLY if Sole Boutique was at fault for shipping the wrong item(s). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Exchange Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly EXCHANGE ONLY if item(s) have not been worn, damaged in any way and are in their original packaging with tags. Exchanges will NOT be accepted after 15 days of original purchase receipt. Any exceptions made will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please contact our customer service department (see above) for a Return Authorization. Your exchange will be shipped within 48 hours after we have received your return. We are sorry but we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges than you will incur when exchanging an item(s). If Sole Boutique is at fault for shipping the incorrect* item(s) we will pay for shipping. *example if you ordered a large and we sent a small* Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped please call our customer service department at 210-822-7653 and we will cancel your order. If your order has been shipped you will have to return the item(s) and adhere to the REFUND POLICY (see above).
