How do I create an account?
1) Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select “I am a new customer”.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
We use FedEx to ship orders. Packages can be tracked and are insured. We currently only ship within the United States. FedEx does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

We offer the following shipping services:
FedEx Overnight
FedEx 2nd Day
Fedex 3 Day
Fedex Ground

Shipping Cost:
Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, and destination. You can check shipping charges before making a purchase by adding items to your cart and click the “check out button”. You will then be given the shipping fees. **You will not be charged for your order until you submit your credit card information.**

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt Tuesday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Central Time. Please consider order processing time when selecting a shipping method.

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service department at 210-822-7653 within 15 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number.
Sole Boutique will issue a refund or an exchange ONLY if item(s) have not been worn, damaged in any way, and are in their original packaging with tags. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be returned by a service that tracks packages such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Return Policy:
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 10 days of when we receive your return. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total only. We’re sorry but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. An exception will be made on refunding shipping charges only if Sole Boutique was at fault for shipping the wrong item.
